We are seeking 2 Product Support Officers to provide the essential administrative backbone for our operational teams. In this role, you will be the primary interface between customers and field services, ensuring every job is planned, tracked, and delivered to a high standard.
These opporunities are based in Yeerongpilly 4105 and Eagle Farm 4009.
Your Core Responsibilities
In this role, you will move beyond basic data entry to actively facilitate the lifecycle of our scheduled works:
- Workflow Management: Create work orders, maintain job files, and ensure tracking systems are always up-to-date via SAP.
- Planning & Scheduling: Coordinate the timing of operations and requisition the specific equipment and materials needed.
- Financial Administration: Prepare quote and estimate packages for customers and manage the accuracy of invoice authorisations and billing.
- Customer Liaison: Act as the first point of contact for service requests and complaints, solving problems proactively to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Process Improvement: Use your analytical skills to identify trends in data and suggest ways to make our service delivery more efficient.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in SAP, Ariba, Microsoft Excel, and Word.
- Administrative Backbone: Proven experience managing financial and administrative support activities.
- Collaboration: A track record of working independently within a team and the confidence to lead administrative projects.
- Previous government experience is highly preferred.
